Did you know 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime?

October is marked as the Breast Cancer Awareness Month in countries across the world which helps to gain attention and support for early detection, preventative care, treatment of the disease.

With breast cancer being the most common type of cancer among women worldwide and leading cause of death, it has become exceedingly important for  people to take proactive measures  in early detection and diagnosis programs.

Every 2 minutes a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer. Every 13 minutes a woman will die of breast cancer.

Your lifestyle choices are important and have a direct correlation to your well being.

While regular check ups are essential, as early detection has been known to save many lives, we are also firm believers in  holistic well-being. Be strong in mind, body and soul; understand breast cancer prevention.
