Africa, a place of wonder and awe, is home to some of the most beautiful locations and creatures on this planet.
I recently took a trip to Zimbabwe and had an absolute blast! From rainbow filled views of Victoria Falls to elephants bathing in the Zambezi River and every crocodile in between, the experiences of this stunning land were endless.
Old Colonial buildings styled with the local touch and local buildings styled with a western touch both provided comfortable resting points between excursions.
One such excursion we took was to a restaurant thats main delicacy is Mopane worms. They even give you a certificate, if you build up the courage to eat three, which I did, of course!
I am incredibly grateful for my hosts who showed me such a marvelous time and recommend that everyone add some sort of African nature trip to their bucket lists. The place truly is a cradle of life.
